What counts toward the monthly limit?

The allowance counts AI replies generated for your workspaces. Internal notes and messages you write manually do not consume the AI reply allowance.

Can I review replies before they send?

Yes. Automatic customer sending is a workspace control. Keep it off for review-only operation, or enable it with the confidence and intent rules you choose.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or switch plans from Billing inside the app. The app confirms downgrades before changing your limits.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans include two months free. The pricing page shows the effective monthly cost and the exact amount billed once per year.

Do team plans support additional seats?

Yes. Plus Team includes five seats and Pro Team includes ten. Additional seats are $15 per seat each month.

Where is customer data stored?
