Why we started ReplyBay
shouldn't cost you a

It started the way most good things do: with a problem we kept running into ourselves. We watched small e-commerce merchants, people pouring everything into a brand they loved, slowly drowning in the one thing nobody warns you about. The messages. Where is my order. Can I change the size. Did you get my email. Hundreds of them, every day, on Gmail and WhatsApp and Instagram and TikTok Shop, each one a small promise waiting to be kept.
Then something shifted. The tools got good enough that AI could actually read a thread, understand a returns policy, and draft a reply that sounded like a real person. Your person. Not a robotic ticket macro, but the warm, specific way you already talk to your customers. That was the moment. If a draft could carry your voice, a founder could finally close the laptop without the inbox following them to bed.
So we decided to build it properly. EU hosted, because your data shouldn't take a holiday somewhere you can't see it. Privacy first, because your customers' words are never training fuel for someone else's model. And approval first, because nothing leaves the harbour without your hand on the tiller. ReplyBay drafts. You decide. When it is certain, it sends. When it is not, or when a customer is upset, it brings the message home to you.
