In Settings, AI Configuration, the tone field takes plain language: "Be friendly and concise. Sign off as the support team." or "Formal, no exclamation marks, always offer a next step." Every draft passes through it.
Reply delay
Set a reply delay in minutes if instant answers feel too robotic for your brand. Some merchants like replies that breathe; some want 0.4 seconds. Both are one number away.
