Learned cases: the AI's memory

Every resolved conversation makes the next one easier. This is where the compounding lives.

What gets remembered

Resolved conversations become cases: the question, the resolution, the order context, the language. Cases are tagged by intent: where is my order, refund request, change an order, shipping question, back in stock, warranty.

Quality-marked

Cases carry their pedigree: "Customer loved this" when a CSAT signal confirms it, or "Resolved with high confidence". The AI prefers proven answers over plausible ones.

You hold the eraser

Made an exception you never want repeated? Open the case and hit "Forget this". The AI unlearns it immediately.
