Four document types

Policies (shipping, returns), FAQs, legal documents, and learned cases. Add them inline: title, type, content, done. Quick-start templates exist for a Shopify store policy and a basic FAQ.

Synced to the AI, visibly

Documents are embedded for retrieval, and you can watch it happen: each doc shows its sync status and chunk count. Edit a policy, hit "Sync to AI", and the next draft cites the new version.

Citations, always

Drafts grounded in a document cite it, in the inbox context panel and on every queue card. When the AI claims your return window is 30 days, you can see exactly which document said so.
