Read-only, on purpose
ReplyBay asks for read scopes on orders and customers. It cannot modify orders, issue refunds, or touch your store. If a customer wants a change, the thread escalates to you with the order attached.
What it unlocks
Messages are matched to orders by customer email and any order number in the text. Drafts then cite live facts: fulfillment status, carrier, tracking link, totals. "Where is my order" stops being a ticket and becomes a lookup.
