Connecting Gmail
The two-minute connection most merchants start with.
Connect
- Open Channels, choose Gmail, pick the account.
- Approve the Google OAuth prompt: read and send scopes only.
- Recent threads sync within minutes. Use "Sync history" to pull older ones.
Replies come from you
Outgoing replies send through your own Gmail address, threaded into the existing conversation. Your customers see you, not a bot address. Labels and filters keep working.
More than one mailbox
Run several Gmail or IMAP accounts side by side and give each a routing role: one Primary mailbox that is polled for new messages, and optional P0, P1, P2 mailboxes used to send escalation replies from the right address.
