Connecting your channels

Ten inboxes used to mean ten tabs. Connect them once and they become one queue.

What connects

Email: Gmail and any IMAP mailbox. Messaging: WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, Messenger. Commerce: Shopify and TikTok Shop for live order context. Helpdesks: Re:amaze, Gorgias, Zendesk. Public comments: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.

Organized in stages

Channels are organized the way you set them up: message sources first, then store context (Shopify order lookups), then escalation alerts to Slack or Discord. Required stages are marked; the rest are upgrades you add when ready.

Your credentials, treated like secrets

Connections are yours: your Shopify token, your helpdesk credentials. Secrets are stored encrypted, never shown back in plaintext, and deleted the moment you disconnect. Every connection is tested before it saves.
