The whole inbox works without touching the mouse. Ten minutes becomes five.
Moving and acting
- j / k: next and previous conversation
- r: resolve (on comment threads: reply)
- e: open the escalate menu
- / or Cmd+K: jump to search
- Cmd+Enter: send your reply
Comment moderation keys
On Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok comment threads three more keys appear: h to hide, l to like, s to skip. A public comment storm becomes a rhythm, not a fire drill.

Any printable key that is not a shortcut drops you into search. The inbox assumes you are looking for something, because you usually are.
