DMs are private. Comments are theatre. ReplyBay treats them differently, because your other customers are watching.

Public comments flow into the same queue as everything else, marked with their platform and the post they live on. The AI reads sentiment first: positive, neutral, or negative, with a confidence score.

Five moderation actions

Hide, Like, Skip, Reply, or Like and Reply. The AI suggests one ("AI suggests: hide") and you confirm with a single key. Negative bait gets hidden before it spreads; genuine questions get answered in public where the answer sells for you.

Escalation still applies

An angry comment from a real customer is a support case wearing a public costume. It escalates to a human like any other heated thread.
