From empty account to your first approved reply before your coffee cools. No code, no imports, no migration.
Create a workspace
A workspace is your store's home in ReplyBay: its own inbox, its own knowledge, its own voice. Nothing is shared between workspaces, ever.
- Sign in and choose "Create your first workspace".
- Name it after your store, e.g. "Acme Support".
- You land in an empty inbox. Time to feed it.
Connect your first channel
Open Channels and connect wherever most messages arrive, usually Gmail. OAuth only: you approve access, we never see your password, and disconnecting deletes the credentials.
Approve your first draft
New messages appear with a suggested reply and a confidence score. Read it, edit if you like, approve. Every edit is training data: the AI studies how you changed it and drafts closer to your voice next time.
Then let go
When drafts stop needing edits, set your confidence threshold and turn on auto-send. From that moment, routine questions answer themselves and you only see what deserves you.
