The conversation list
Gmail, WhatsApp, Instagram, comments, helpdesk tickets: all in one ranked list. Filter by All, Open, Escalated, or Mine. Each row wears its status: Auto-replied, Escalated, Resolved, or Awaiting review.
Select several and resolve them in one click when a delivery batch lands.
The thread
Full history with roles made obvious: customer, you, the AI, and amber internal notes only your team can see. Pending AI suggestions appear inline with Approve, Edit, and Discard right there.
The AI context panel
The right panel shows what the AI knew when it drafted: the matched order, the knowledge documents it cited, detected intent, confidence, and the action it chose. When a customer disputes something, the receipt is one glance away.
