Connect your first inbox
Everything starts with one connected channel. Pick the loudest one.
Start where it hurts
Connect the channel that generates most of your support volume, usually Gmail or your helpdesk. The more history ReplyBay can read, the faster its drafts sound like you.
The first sync
Initial sync reads recent threads to learn your voice and index open conversations. Nothing is sent during sync and no customer is contacted.
Syncable channels (Gmail, IMAP, Re:amaze, Gorgias, Zendesk) also get a "Sync history" button so you can pull in past conversations any time.
Test before you trust
Every connection runs a server-side test before it saves. If credentials are wrong, you find out immediately, not three days later from an angry customer.
