Recent replies, with receipts
Every recent reply shows its intent, its confidence score, and what happened: AUTO-SENT, QUEUED, ESCALATED, or CLARIFY. No black box. You can always see why the AI did what it did.
Confidence at a glance
A distribution bar splits replies into high (0.80+), medium, and low confidence. Healthy stores settle into a fat high band. If the low band grows, your knowledge base probably has a gap, and the Knowledge page will show you where.
