A dedicated reports view shows daily stacked activity (auto-handled vs escalated), summary cards, and top intents for any period. One click downloads the CSV: date, total, auto-handled, escalated.

Prefer not to check? Turn on the weekly report (Mondays) or the monthly report (the 1st) in Settings and the summary comes to you.
