Conversations, auto-handled rate, average confidence, escalations, queue depth, and average response time, over 7, 30, or 90 days. A conversations-over-time chart shows total volume against what the AI absorbed.
Intent and action breakdowns
See your top five customer intents and how replies split between auto-sent, queued, and escalated. If "where is my order" dominates and auto-sends at 0.95 confidence, you have earned a lower threshold.
Quota, visible
Replies used against your monthly quota, with the reset date. At 80% you get warned. Over the cap, nothing is dropped: conversations escalate to you instead.
