Workflow

Your first rule in four steps

  1. Connect Instagram

    Sign in with a professional Instagram account and switch on comment monitoring. There are no extra credentials to paste.

  2. Write a keyword rule

    Pick a keyword such as LINK, a match mode (word, exact or contains), the private message, and optionally a public reply and one post to watch.

  3. Set the comment policy

    Choose a reply delay, a minimum reply confidence, and whether abusive comments are hidden at once or held for you. Instagram does not let apps like comments, so liking is a Facebook setting.

  4. Post and read the log

    When a comment matches, the DM goes out and appears in the activity log with the credit it used. Everything the policy does not settle waits in your review queue.

Questions

How is this different from a comment bot?

The DM text is exactly what you wrote in the rule; nothing is generated or rephrased. Public answers to questions are drafted from your products and policies, and they only post above the confidence you set.

What does it cost?

Each automated DM uses one credit, and the Free plan includes 500 credits a month. Public replies posted by a rule are free, and rules stop sending when the balance is empty.

Can one person get several DMs for the same comment?

No. A comment gets one DM at most, even if Instagram delivers it twice, and Instagram itself allows one private reply per comment within seven days.

Which comments match a keyword?

Case and punctuation are ignored. Word matches the keyword as a whole word, exact needs the whole comment to be the keyword, and contains finds it anywhere. The first enabled rule that matches wins.

What happens when someone replies to the DM?

The conversation lands in your inbox like any Instagram DM, where the AI drafts the answer under the same confidence threshold as every other message.
